Refund Policy
If you cancel your order within 24 hours (1 day) and it has not been placed under manifest, you’re eligible for a full refund. An order is deemed “manifested” once a reservation with limited availability at the Passport Agency has been secured on your behalf and/or provided a shipping label for it. Due to the limited spots of these manifest reservations, any order placed under manifest is not eligible for a refund. However, even if an order is non-refundable because it is under manifest, it remains valid for 12 months from the order date. During this period, you can process the order at any given time or transfer it to a friend or family member.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that refunds cannot be issued for circumstances outside of Rushed Passport’s influence, including, but not limited to:
- Cancellations, missed flights, delays, or any alterations to travel plans made by either the airline or the customer.
- Delays from Passport Agencies or Foreign Embassies
- Tickets that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
- Challenges in obtaining a passport, including any modifications in policies, regulations, or requirements.
- Provision of incomplete or incorrect information for filing.
- Acts of Terrorism
- Natural Disasters
The above list is merely illustrative. While we assure the provision of our services and the delivery of your documents, our ultimate responsibility to any client is limited to the fees you have paid to us, under any and all conditions, without exceptions.
Apart from the assurances specifically mentioned above, no other explicit or implicit warranties or guarantees are provided. In no event will we be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages. Additionally, it is agreed that any legal disputes will be exclusively adjudicated in Florida.
